Field Trip Members
Our Field Trip Membership is for students who cannot commit to our full Student Membership--we get it! Life is busy! This membership is for ages 0-19 and only includes the Valley Co-Op field trips on Wednesdays during the school year. Members that are under 5 years old MUST have a school-aged sibling enrolled as either a Student Member or a Field Trip Member. Parents MUST accompany Field Trip members and this membership includes entry to all Field Trips for one parent/chaperone per family.
Field Trips are once per month, usually on the 3rd Wednesday, August through May, but there area few field trips that do not follow this pattern. Please check the schedule below for exceptions to this schedule.
Membership Fee: $300/Student per School Year (August 26-May 27). This fee includes one parent/guardian ticket per family. Additional students in the same family are $170/Student/School Year (this does NOT include an additional parent/guardian ticket)
Field Trips
Our Field Trip Membership includes entry to the Co-Op Field Trips, but it does NOT include Activity Days OR childcare during these trips. Parents are expected to be fully responsible for their students (and littles) during Field Trips, including our Christmas and end of the year parties. This membership includes entry to all field trips for one parent/chaperone per family. While this membership DOES include entry to the events listed below, but we ask that parents provide an online RSVP through our member portal so that we have a headcount for all of our field trips.
Field Trips are almost always on the third Wednesday of each month, August through May. Most of our field trips take place in different locations around our Valley each month and run from approximately 9:30am until 2:30pm, depending on the field trip. There are exceptions to this rule--please review the schedule below to see any Field Trips that do not occur on Wednesdays. Please also keep in mind that this schedule is subject to change depending on teacher or provider availability and weather.
