Teen Only Members
Teenagers enrolled at the Valley Co-Op are very welcome to have dual memberships--it is easy to pair a Student Membership with a Teen Only Membership or to pair a Field Trip and Teen Only Membership; you will need to register your student twice (once for each membership) to do so. We do understand however that our teens are BUSY! If they can only commit to our teen events, this single membership grants access to all teen events during the school year. The Teen Only Membership is for students aged 13-19 years old and is a drop off membership.
Teen events are chaperoned by at least two adults and teens are expected to follow our standard Code of Conduct, but we encourage our teens to develop more independence from their parents and family in a safe and positive way.
Membership Fee: $335/Student per School Year (August 26-May 27). This fee does NOT include parent/guardian entry.
Teen Events
Teen Events are chaperoned by 2 qualified adults and do NOT occur on a reoccurring day or time--please see the below schedule for the planned dates. Parents are encouraged to drop their teens off for each event and we request a prompt pickup after the event has ended. We recognize that realistically, teens need their phones when they are away from their parents, however, we ask that students turn their phones on silent and minimize use during all of our Teen Events. This membership DOES include entry to the events listed below, but we ask that parents/students provide an online RSVP so that we have a headcount for all of our events.
These events are fun and educational, but the true goal of our Co-Op is to help our students create a like-minded and encouraging community. We encourage the teen students to trade contact information (with their parents' consent) and to be in touch with the other Teen Members throughout the year, whether the Valley Co-Op has an event scheduled or not. Our events range from hands-on practical know-how to informal hang-outs where students can practice their social skills in a variety of settings.
2026-2027 Schedule
Below is the planned schedule for the 2026-2027 school year. There is always the possibility of this schedule needing to change based on provider availability, but below is what you can expect for the Valley Co-Op's Teen Events in 2026-2027. The Valley Co-Op is a Colorado Homeschool Enrichment certified Enrichment Services Provider. All of the Valley Co-Op events qualify for CHE hours, but to obtain the hours, your student must actually attend our events. Attendance is taken at each event and emailed to the student's CHE Campus leader at the end of each month.
