Field Trip Members
Our Field Trip Membership is for students who cannot commit to our full Student Membership. This membership is for ages 0-18 and only includes the Valley Co-Op field trips. Members that are under 5 years old MUST have a school-aged sibling enrolled as either a Student Member or a Field Trip Member. Parents MUST accompany Field Trip members and this membership includes entry to all events for one parent per family.
Field Trips are once per month, usually on the 3rd Tuesday, August through May. Please check the schedule below for exceptions to this schedule.
Membership Fee: $300/Student per School Year (August 26-May 27). This fee includes one parent/guardian ticket per family. Additional students in the same family are $240/Student/School Year (this does NOT include an additional parent/guardian ticket)
Field Trips
Our Field Trip Membership includes entry to the Co-Op Field Trips, but it does NOT include Class Days OR childcare during these trips. Parents are expected to be fully responsible for their students (and littles) during Field Trip days, including our Christmas and end of the year parties. This membership includes entry to all field trips for one parent/chaperone per family. This membership DOES include entry to the events listed below, but we ask that parents provide an online RSVP so that we have a headcount for all of our field trips.
Field Trips are almost always on the third Tuesday of each month, August through May. Most of our field trips take place in different locations around our Valley each month and run from approximately 9:30am until 2:30pm, depending on the field trip. The exceptions to the rule are our trip to the Glenwood Adventure Park (which is closed on Tuesdays) and our Christmas Party and End of the Year Celebrations. Both of these celebrations take place at the Orchard Church in Carbondale, CO. Check out the schedule below for more information on the field trips that are scheduled for this year.
2026-2027 Schedule
Below is the planned schedule for the 2026-2027 school year. There is always the possibility of this schedule needing to change based on provider availability, but below is what you can expect for the Valley Co-Op's Field Trips in 2026-2027. The Valley Co-Op is a Colorado Homeschool Enrichment certified Enrichment Services Provider. All of the Valley Co-Op events qualify for CHE hours, but to obtain the hours, your student must actually attend our events. Attendance is taken at each event and emailed to the student's CHE Campus leader at the end of each month.
