Future Members
Future Members is for littles, 0-4 years old. This membership is only available for the younger siblings of Student Members. Because we require parents to assist with the Co-Op, Future Members exists to provide a place for younger siblings to spend their time during Co-Op days without taking away from their siblings' learning experience or their parents' focus.
This membership provides parent-directed childcare during our Class Days (the first and second Tuesday of each month) and access to our Field Trips (typically the Third Tuesday of each month)
Membership Fee: $170/Student per School Year (August 26-May 27). This fee includes entry to all of our main campus Valley Co-Op Field Trips.
Class Days
Future Members will NOT have scheduled classes during our Class Days. The childcare providers at the Valley Co-Op are parents of our student members and one lead parent who is trained in safety procedures for small children. These teachers will not teach a curriculum to their charges. Future Members can expect play time, both indoor and outdoor, Shawn the Sheep short films, and coloring/craft supplies. Future Members are not required to RSVP to our class days, but we do ask parents to include them in their Field Trip RSVP's so that we have an accurate headcount. Refunds for missed events/field trips are not possible.
Field Trip Days
Our Future Member membership includes entry to the Co-Op field trips, but it does NOT include childcare during these trips. Parents are expected to be fully responsible for Future Members during Field Trip days, including our Christmas and end of the year parties. Please see the schedule below for all of the Field Trips our Future Members have access to.
2026-2027 Schedule
Below is the planned schedule for the 2026-2027 school year. There is always the possibility of this schedule needing to change based on teacher availability, but below is what you can expect for the Valley Co-Op's Future Members in 2026-2027.
